DELIVERY INFORMATION

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current high volume of orders we are experiencing, there may be delays of 3-5 days in dispatching your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

YOUR DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE CHECKOUT

Orders placed Monday to Friday up to 2pm BST (excluding bank holidays) will be dispatched within 24hrs. Orders placed after 2pm BST on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

All shipments are dispatched requiring a signature as proof of delivery. If you subsequently change the delivery method to one that does not require a signature for example 'leave in a safe place', then any issue arising from non-delivery of the shipment will no longer be the responsibility of La Princesa y El Guisante

Any Change of Address needs to be authorised by La Princesa y El Guisante, if this is attempted via the delivery agent or by any other method then La Princesa y El Guisante will not be held responsible for non-delivery of the shipment.

We will send you tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. If your parcel is late please track it in case it has been held or already delivered. If you are unable to locate your parcel please contact us within 10 days from estimated delivery. If your order came in a La Princesa y El Guisante gift box there is no need to return it. This is our gift to you.
